Zoom Integration

Connect Zoom to create dedicated incident meetings with automatic transcription. When an incident occurs, the AI agent can instantly create a Zoom meeting, transcribe the conversation, and make the transcript available for incident response and post-incident review.

Prerequisites​

  • A Zoom account with permission to authorize OAuth apps
  • Meeting creation privileges on the Zoom account

Setup​

Connect to Zoom
  1. Go to Integrations in Autoheal
  2. Click Zoom
  3. Click the Connect to Zoom button
  4. Authorize Autoheal to create meetings on your Zoom account

Verify Connection
  1. After authorization, the integration should show as Connected
  2. The AI agent can now create Zoom meetings for incidents

Use During Incidents
  1. When an incident occurs, ask the agent to create a Zoom meeting
  2. Share the join URL with your team
  3. The meeting will be automatically transcribed
  4. After the meeting, ask the agent for the transcript

Usage Examples​

Ask the AI agent to manage meetings during incidents:

Create a Zoom meeting for the checkout service outage
Get the transcript from the last incident meeting
List recent Zoom meetings and their transcript status
End the Zoom meeting for incident INC-1234

Troubleshooting​

No Transcript Available
  • Transcripts are only available after the meeting ends
  • If the meeting is still in progress, the transcript won't be ready yet
  • Ensure the meeting had audio — participants need to speak for a transcript to be generated
OAuth Authorization Failed
  • Verify you have permission to authorize OAuth apps on your Zoom account
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration
Meetings Not Appearing in List
  • Verify the integration is connected
  • Only meetings created through Autoheal will appear in the list
